Ian Arons is a Partner and serves on the Partnership Board. He is also Co-Chairperson of the Investment Committee and Co-Head of the Firm’s Diversified Industrials Industry Vertical. Ian joined TJC in 2003. Prior to TJC, Ian worked in the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers. He currently serves on the board of directors of Agility, Allure Beauty Concepts, Arclin, Bojangles, Delrin, ORENDA, Parts Authority, RFive, RFour, USALCO and Vantage Specialty Chemicals. Ian holds a B.S. degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
